Evaluation Comparisons

The easiest way to evaluate my progress is to look at the variations in my range of motion (ROM), strength, and girth/swelling measurements at each of my evaluations.

Context-Sensitive Definition of Terms:

Range of Motion: the distance I'm able to move a particular joint
Strength: my ability to resist Amy's pushing or pulling on a joint
Girth: circumference measurements that track the amount of swelling in my leg
Plantarflexion: pointing toes at the floor
Inversion: moving foot inward at the ankle
Dorsiflexion: pointing toes at the ceiling
Eversion: moving foot outward at the ankle
AROM: how far I can move my knee
PROM: how far Amy can move my knee
Malleolar: ankle
